本隱私權政策（以下簡稱「本政策」）說明「你的司天台」（以下簡稱「本服務」）如何蒐集、處理、利用及保護使用者個人資料。本政策依《個人資料保護法》制定。This Privacy Policy explains how "Your Court Astrologer" ("the Service") collects, processes, uses, and protects your personal data.

第一條　資料蒐集之範疇1. Scope of Data Collection

本服務於使用者註冊及使用過程中，可能蒐集以下資料：The Service may collect the following data:

• 帳號資訊：Email 地址與經 SHA-256 單向雜湊之密碼。Account: Email and SHA-256 hashed password.
• 命盤參數：出生年、月、日、時、分及出生地經度。Chart Parameters: Birth date, time, and longitude for Ziwei Doushu.
• 人生藍圖：使用者自願填寫之個人化內容。Life Blueprint: Voluntarily provided profile data.
• 使用紀錄：AI 生成內容快取、點數消耗、日記簽到紀錄。Usage Records: De-identified AI cache, credit logs, diary check-ins.
• 日曆整合：使用者自願提供之 Google 日曆 iCal 連結。Calendar Integration: Voluntarily provided iCal link.
• LINE 綁定：LINE User ID 以發送推播。LINE Binding: LINE User ID for push notifications.
• 日記內容：使用者記錄之每日功過與反思。Diary Content: Daily reflections.
• 付款紀錄：交易紀錄由 PayPal 處理，不儲存信用卡號碼。Payment Records: Processed by PayPal; no credit card numbers stored.

第二條　資料使用之目的2. Purpose of Use

• 命盤參數 → 計算紫微斗數星曜分布，傳送至 DeepSeek API（僅傳送星曜代號，不含個人識別資訊）。Chart data → Ziwei calculation, then sent to DeepSeek API (only star codes, no personal identifiers).
• 藍圖資料 → AI prompt 上下文，生成個人化建議。Blueprint → AI prompt context for personalized recommendations.
• 日曆資料 → 匹配當日事件與流時建議。Calendar → Match events with hourly suggestions.
• Email → 帳號驗證、密碼重設、重要公告，不用於行銷。Email → Verification, password reset, announcements; never marketing.

第三條　資料之保管與保護3. Data Storage & Protection

• 資料庫：Supabase PostgreSQL（AWS 新加坡），TLS 1.3 + AES-256。Database: Supabase PostgreSQL (AWS Singapore), TLS 1.3 + AES-256.
• 密碼：SHA-256 單向雜湊，無法逆向還原。Passwords: SHA-256 one-way hashed.
• API 金鑰：僅存於後端環境變數，前端無法存取。API Keys: Backend env vars only.
• 傳輸安全：全程 HTTPS 加密。Transmission: All HTTPS.

第四條　第三方服務與資料共享4. Third-Party Services

• DeepSeek：接收去識別化星曜數據，伺服器位於中國。DeepSeek: Receives de-identified star data only. Servers in China.
• LINE：僅用於發送推播訊息。LINE: Push message delivery only.
• PayPal：處理所有付款交易。PayPal: Processes all payments.
• Render：託管後端 API（美國奧勒岡州）。Render: Hosts backend API (Oregon, USA).
• Hostinger：託管前端與 CDN。Hostinger: Frontend hosting and CDN.

第五條　AI 自動化決策說明5. AI Automated Decision-Making

本服務之內容由 DeepSeek LLM 根據紫微斗數星曜數據自動生成。去識別化互動資料可能用於 AI prompt 調校。核心 AI prompt 與知識庫為本服務之智慧財產，不對外公開。Content is automatically generated by DeepSeek's LLM. De-identified data may be used for prompt optimization. Core prompts and knowledge base are proprietary.

第六條　使用者權利6. Your Rights

• 可於設定頁面查閱與修改個人資訊。Access and modify your data in Settings.
• 可隨時刪除帳號，所有關聯資料將被永久刪除。Delete your account anytime; all data permanently removed.
• 不使用第三方追蹤 Cookie。No third-party tracking cookies.

第七條　政策修訂7. Policy Updates

第一條　使用資格1. Eligibility

使用本服務者須年滿 18 歲，並具備完全行為能力。使用者應確保所提供之註冊資料真實、正確且最新。You must be at least 18 years old. Registration information must be accurate and current.

第二條　服務內容2. Service Description

本服務提供 AI 驅動之紫微斗數命盤計算、每日運勢、格局分析、流年分析、流時建議、三省日記、LINE 推播等數位內容服務。本服務保留隨時新增、修改或終止部分功能之權利。The Service provides AI-powered Ziwei chart calculation, daily readings, pattern analysis, yearly forecasts, hourly suggestions, diary, and LINE push notifications. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features.

第三條　帳號管理3. Account Responsibility

使用者應妥善保管帳號及密碼，不得轉讓或出借予第三人。使用者對其帳號下之一切行為負完全責任。您可隨時於設定頁面刪除帳號。You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. You may delete your account at any time in Settings.

第四條　禁止行為4. Prohibited Activities

使用者不得以自動化程式大量存取本服務、企圖干擾或破壞系統安全、或利用本服務從事任何違法活動。違反者本服務得立即終止其帳號。Automated scraping, system disruption, and illegal activities are prohibited. Violation may result in immediate account termination.

第五條　條款修訂5. Terms Updates

本服務保留隨時修訂本條款之權利。修訂後繼續使用本服務，即視為同意受更新後條款之拘束。We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

第八條　準據法與管轄8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

本免責聲明以中華民國（台灣）法律為準據法。爭議由台灣台北地方法院管轄。Governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.). Disputes subject to Taipei District Court jurisdiction.

退款政策Refund Policy

本退款政策適用於點數包與訂閱方案等付費服務。This Refund Policy applies to credit packs and subscription plans.

第一條　數位內容之性質1. Nature of Digital Content

點數與訂閱方案均屬數位內容與即時服務。已使用之點數或已啟用之訂閱期間一般情況下不適用無條件退費。Credits and subscriptions are digital content. Used credits and activated subscription periods are generally non-refundable.

第二條　得申請退款之情形2. Eligible Refund Circumstances

• 重複或錯誤扣款：經核實後退還。Duplicate or erroneous charges: Verified duplicates will be refunded.
• 系統故障導致無法使用：若因本服務端技術問題導致付費功能無法使用且無替代方案。Service unavailable: Due to our technical issues with no alternative provided.
• 未使用之點數：購買後 7 日內且尚未消耗任何點數者，得申請全額退款。Unused credits: Full refund within 7 days if no credits consumed.

第三條　訂閱取消3. Subscription Cancellation

訂閱可隨時透過 PayPal 取消自動續費。取消後仍可於已付款期間內繼續使用至該期結束，已付款項不予退還。Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime via PayPal. You retain access until the end of the current billing period; no partial refund for remaining days.
